Attila Hotyek is a cooper, a third generation barrel-maker, his son will be the fourth in the row. His grandfather moved to Erdőbénye. He started learning making barrels at 42, in Szerencs. They make all kinds of barrel making products: barrels, direct-walled vessels: flowerbeds, loaves, salvage vessels, cabbage barrels, sauna tubs, wooden baths. He gladly hosts visitors, and holds presentations on his craft.
